Taylor Buley is a technology reporter for Forbes covering Internet infrastructure and Web services. He graduated with a masters in Communication from Stanford and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on journalism and choice and behavior, respectively. In 2007, he was a Robert Bartley Fellow at the Wall Street Journal. In 2006, he was a Burton Gray memorial intern at Reason magazine. Before that, he interned at the White House Council of Economic Advisers.
